Bruce and Josh: A Story of Faith and Friendship

Bruce and Josh's journey began in the fall of 2015 at Beckman High School in Irvine, California, where they shared a passion for coaching football and serving others. Bruce served as the offensive coordinator for the Freshman football team, while Josh dedicated himself to coaching the O/D-Line and leading strength and conditioning sessions. Their shared Christian backgrounds and love for God quickly formed a bond between them, strengthening their friendship and connection to God's love.

As the years passed, their friendship deepened, and they found solace and guidance in their shared faith. A testament to their bond, Bruce had the honor of officiating Josh's wedding, a joyful milestone in their journey together.

Though both initially hailed from California, their paths eventually led them to the Lone Star State of Texas. However, Bruce's journey recently took an unexpected turn when he felt called to relocate his family to Michigan, following the doors God graciously opened for them. Yet, during Bruce's time in Texas, he initiated an online discipleship group. This group, comprising men from various walks of life, was centered around delving into the teachings of the Bible and fostering genuine relationships aimed at spiritual growth and support.

Guided by the promptings of the Holy Spirit, Bruce and Josh embarked on a new chapter in their shared ministry. Thus, the Lion's Love Ministries was born—a testament to their dedication to spreading God's love and fostering spiritual growth in the digital age.
